YowieTech is priced by fleet size: each plan is one flat price covering up to a set number of vehicles, and drivers and users are unlimited on every plan. Every plan includes every feature and can be paid monthly or yearly. Start with a 30-day free trial, no card required. Prices are set in five currencies, listed below.

Plans and prices
The plans differ only by the number of vehicles; every feature is included on every plan. Drivers and users are unlimited on every plan.
Every plan can be paid monthly or yearly. Paying yearly costs less than ten monthly payments, so you get at least two months free.

The 30-day free trial
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial: every feature, unlimited vehicles, and no card required. Nothing is charged during the trial.
When the trial ends, nobody is charged automatically. The account becomes read-only until you choose a plan: everything can still be viewed and exported, but nothing can be added or changed. Your data doesn't disappear when the trial ends. Export it while you can.

What does YowieTech cost?
Each plan is one flat price, paid monthly or yearly, that covers up to a set number of vehicles: Starter covers 1 vehicle, Professional up to 5, Business up to 20, and Enterprise is unlimited with a custom price. Drivers and users are unlimited on every plan. The tables on this page list every price in US dollars, Australian dollars, euros, pounds sterling and New Zealand dollars.
What is included in every plan?
Every feature, on every plan: route planning and optimisation, multi-day runs, driver dispatch by link, proof of delivery with photo and signature, cold chain temperature records, cost per run before dispatch, profit and loss, CO2 estimates, live driver tracking and customer delivery notifications. Plans differ only by the number of vehicles.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you get a 30-day free trial with every feature and unlimited vehicles. No card is required to start, and nothing is charged during the trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nobody is charged automatically. The account becomes read-only until you choose a plan: everything can still be viewed and exported, but nothing can be added or changed. Your data doesn't disappear when the trial ends. Export it while you can: data in long-dormant unpaid accounts may be removed after notice by email.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are paid monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time through the billing portal. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payment is taken after that. There are no partial refunds for time already paid.
Are prices before tax?
Yes. Prices in Australian dollars are plus GST. Prices in US dollars, euros, pounds sterling and New Zealand dollars are shown before any applicable tax.

Do my drivers pay or install anything?
No. Drivers and users are unlimited on every plan, so adding a driver costs nothing extra. Drivers receive each run as a link with a PIN and open it in their phone's browser, with no app to install.
